Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

To provide quality products at quality prices while we grow, we utilize a dual fulfillment service. Products in our Lokeya Collection are owned by Lokeya and part of our inventory. These products are shipped utilizing the USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending up which service provides the best delivery time for the least cost. 

 

For our non-Lokeya products, we utilize drop ship partners to fulfill each order. This approach allows us to offer a broader portfolio while we build our internal product brand pipeline. Typically, the delivery times on these products will run up to 30 days and typically utilize the USPS for delivery. The extended delivery times are noted in the product description.

New for 2023, we are offering free shipping on all orders regardless of order size. This may change as pandemic era costs continue to fluctuate. Any on-site promotion or offer may be adjusted at any time. Orders shipped with incorrect prices or costs will be cancelled. Thank you! 

Returns Policy

Here is how this works!

  1. Message us at Andy@Lokeya.com or fill out our Contact Us form

  2. We need some info from you:

    1. Your Name

    2. Date you ordered the product

    3. Order / Transaction Number 

    4. Product Name being returned

    5. Reason for return

  3. We can't sell returned products as new, so to help us figure out if we can donate it to a shelter or someone in need, use the part, or dispose of the item, we need to know the reason for the return. 

    1. For any undamaged product, we will simply ask you to return it with its included accessories and packaging within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note that we will be required to inspect the product before the refund is made.  

    2. For any damaged product, we will ask you to return it with its included accessories and packaging within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it. Typically we will send a replacement as soon as the damaged product is being returned. If you want a refund instead of a replacement, we will examine the damaged product and determine whether a refund is warranted. Example, did you light it on fire? We won't refund that ;-) Sorry! Did the product get damaged during shipment and you don't want a replacement? Yes, we will refund that.  

  4. For any stolen product, please notify us within 10 days of the delivered date. We can't refund a stolen package, but we will immediately ship you a replacement product. 

  5. This policy may be updated at any time or revised as is warranted with or without advanced notification.
